Christine Shanley is an organizational psychologist, change practitioner and certified coach who began her 15-year consulting career at Accenture. She is an inspirational leader, communicator and coach who has deep skills in leadership development, executive and management coaching, facilitation, communication management and change management. She is exceptional at building trust and forming strong relationships with her clients, and she applies her experience with strategic planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement in a highly effective manner.
Christine has worked with clients globally for 15 years. As a certified coach and expert in facilitating dialogue across cross-functional and global teams, she is particularly successful at identifying and mitigating risk, inspiring and motivating team members, and developing strong leaders. She has led large-scale change management efforts and has coached internal change leaders on developing change strategies, stakeholder management plans, risk assessments, communication plans and change impact assessments.
Christine also teaches at UCLA and develops and facilitates workshops for clients all over the world.
