A large financial services company, headquartered on the West Coast, acquired another large financial services company, headquartered on the East Coast. This acquisition created opportunities to improve organizational efficiencies by organizational realignment, reducing operating costs by streamlining business operations, increasing profitability by introducing new profitable customer-centric products/services, and creating a new business culture.
Mythos Group partnered with the client in the creation of a new entity for self-directed brokerage (approximately 400K customers, $82 Million dollars in annual revenues).
