Renelle Darr is an ex-Deloitte consultant and an energetic leader. She brings a breadth of experience in facilitation, executive coaching, organizational development, strategy, and organizational change and communications management. In addition, her background and experience with strategy, finance, technology and marketing have given her the ability to successfully understand and partner with a variety of clients.
Renelle has over 20 years of global experience. As a certified executive coach, facilitator and long-time consultant, she is an expert at creating meaningful dialogue and inspired action amongst individuals and teams. She has led large organizational change, communications, strategy and technology engagements both as a consultant and as an internal employee, and she is known for her ability to drive results while balancing the needs of teammates, employees and stakeholders.
She is qualified and/or certified to use a wide variety of assessment instruments including the Emotional Intelligence Profile (individual and 360), The Leadership Circle, DiSC, StrengthsFinder 2.0, Myers Briggs and more. She is also a professionally trained facilitator and certified in Prosci’s leading change management approach.
