Victor is a seasoned, creative, enthusiastic, pragmatic organizational change leader and a hands-on practitioner with over 25 years of Fortune 500 and Big Four consulting experience. His main areas of expertise are strategic planning, strategic change management, merger and acquisition integration, and organizational design and development. Additionally, Victor brings personal strengths as a strategist, tactician, coach, project manager, facilitator, team builder, communicator, organizer, planner and integrator.
