Victor is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) who has supported over 100 organizations with their strategic change journeys, collaborating with business leaders to improve performance, build organizational capabilities and make strategic change actionable, impactful and lasting.
Victor is a seasoned, creative, enthusiastic, pragmatic organizational change leader and a hands-on practitioner with over 25 years of Fortune 500 and Big Four consulting experience. His main areas of expertise are strategic planning, strategic change management, merger and acquisition integration, and organizational design and development.
Additionally, Victor brings personal strengths as a strategist, tactician, coach, project manager, facilitator, team builder, communicator, organizer, planner and integrator. He has a passion for “helping others win,” and he has also authored four handbooks and 30 articles on organizational change and business transformation.
